Data Processing Addendum
The terms under which codewithluca processes your data on your behalf.
Scope
This DPA applies whenever codewithluca acts as a processor of personal data on behalf of a customer (the controller). It supplements the Terms of Service.
Processing
We process personal data only on documented instructions from the controller, including transfers, as set out in this DPA and the Terms.
Confidentiality
codewithluca personnel with access to personal data are under written confidentiality obligations and trained on data protection.
Security measures
We maintain technical and organizational measures as outlined in our Security page. We notify customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.
Sub-processors
An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request. We notify customers of changes in advance and offer a right to object.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable.
