Terms of Service

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your account or attempt to access another user's account.

Use codewithluca to build legitimate software. Don't use it to generate malware, conduct fraud, harass others, or violate laws. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You own the code and content you create. We just store it and run it for you. By using codewithluca you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.

codewithluca is provided 'as is' without warranty. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we can't promise zero downtime. Service availability and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from Settings — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case for service issues.

Either of us can end this agreement at any time. We may suspend access for serious violations. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
