Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to run the product: your name, email, password hash (we never see your password), and the projects, files, and prompts you create. We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.

We use your data to provide codewithluca, send essential service emails, and improve the product. We never sell your data. We never train AI models on your private project code.

We share data with the AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) only as needed to fulfill your prompts. We use sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict data agreements.

You can export, modify or delete your data at any time from Settings. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — contact privacy@codewithluca.app to exercise them.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete project data within 30 days and operational backups within 90 days.
